An assistant that already knows your bookings

Carl Thjis is the DJLink.me assistant. Ask him in your own words — he reads your real bookings, contracts, diary and link-in-bio, does the work, and asks before he changes anything.

How it works

Three steps, and the admin is done

The assistant is part of the account you already have, not a separate tool to learn.

Step 1

Ask in plain English

Use the assistant on any page, or open him from the booking form so the details you have already typed come with you.

Step 2

He works from your account

Carl uses your own DJLink tools — the same bookings, contracts and invoices you see — so his answers are your real data, never guesses.

Step 3

You stay in control

Anything that creates, changes or deletes waits for your yes first. Nothing is emailed to a client without your say so.

Your tools, not guesses

Built on MCP, the safe way for an assistant to use your account

Carl connects to DJLink through the Model Context Protocol — a standard way for an assistant to use real tools instead of making things up. He can look things up, and he can carry out the work, but only inside the account he is signed into.

  • Carl only ever sees the account he is signed into — yours.
  • Read-only for look-ups, and a clear confirmation before anything is saved.
  • No keys, tokens or raw data are ever shown or shared.
  • It runs on the pages you already use — nothing new to install.

Hand the big form to the assistant

Paste the promoter's email into the assistant and let him fill the booking in. Open him from the Create Booking form and the details you have already typed travel with you, so you never lose work by switching pages.

  • Reads a messy enquiry and picks out client, venue, date, times and fee.
  • Checks the date against your diary and tells you if it clashes.
  • Shows you the booking it is about to create before it saves anything.

For your clients

Promoters can chat instead of filling in a form

On your link-in-bio, the booking form can be answered as a conversation. Guests say what the event is in their own words, the assistant gathers the rest one question at a time, and the enquiry lands in your bookings exactly like a normal request.

You still decide: accept it and it becomes a booking, decline it and nothing changes.

What Carl can do

The day-to-day jobs, done for you

Same tools you use, in the same account, with your permission each time.

Bookings and enquiries

Check a date, draft a booking, update one that moved, or ask what is still to be confirmed.

Contracts

Draft from your own templates and see which ones are still waiting to come back signed.

Invoices

Raise an invoice for a confirmed gig and ask what has been paid and what is overdue.

Gig diary

Hold a date, spot a clash, and keep travel days clear around the shows you already have.

Link-in-bio and promo

Add a link, build a promo link, or tidy up the page your followers land on.

Numbers and lists

Profile views, best referrers, and the mailing list you built from your booking forms.

Works for solo artists, agencies and labels — the assistant follows the account it is signed into.

Client data stays in your DJLink account and is never used to train anything.

You can turn round a gig enquiry in seconds on your phone, at 1am, without opening a laptop.
